Agreement
By accessing or using 0t.link (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
0t.link provides programmable routing links and related tools. Features may change over time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Phish, distribute malware, or deceive end users;
- Send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of anti-spam rules;
- Harass, threaten, or infringe others’ rights;
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or rate limits;
- Mine cryptocurrency, run abusive bots, or overload infrastructure;
- Misrepresent destinations or routing behavior in ways that materially harm users.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or third parties.
Your content & links
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service (including routing, logs, and support). You represent that your use complies with law and third-party rights.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your links or routing instructions, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with reasonable notice where practicable, especially for breach or legal requirements.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind 0t.link, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts located in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
